Letssharecare.com allows parents to register their details in order to find like minded parents to share childcare arrangements with.
When registering, users are required to submit full and accurate details.
When applying for a CRB check, applicants will be required to submit the required documentation, and comply with the requirements of the CRB application process. Copies of statements on the CRB code of practice, and policy on storage, handling, retention, and disposal of disclosure information are available on request.

(1)Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of and contracting under our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions together with the Website Privacy Policy in full.  If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you cannot use our service. All other terms of use or trading are excluded.

Although we undertake CRB checks to establish identity, address and any criminal records, we are not liable for any incident/s that may occur between yourself and the family you share care with. This applies to any partners/ stakeholders of Letssharecare.com also. We recommend you satisfy yourself that the sharing family is of good character, by filling in the Get2knowu form, and asking further questions. Any sharing arrangements are at your discretion.                                           

Occasionally we experience delays in obtaining CRB checks. Whilst we endeavour to speed up and chase these checks, often it is the case that we simply have to wait until all parties, i.e. police forces have completed their checks. You accept that Letssharecare.com will not be liable for any problems or delays in obtaining CRB checks. At our discretion, if you experience a prolonged delay, i.e. 3 months or more, then we will extend your membership to compensate for the delay in obtaining your CRB check.

Exclusion of liability

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Letssharecare negligence, Letssharecare shall not be liable to the user or any other member by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for loss or profit or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever(whether caused by the negligence of Letssharecare, its employees of agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the services (including any delay in supplying or any failure to supply any services in accordance with the contract or at all), and the entire liability of Letssharecare under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the services, except as expressly provided in these terms.

(5)Restricted access

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential.  You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.
